This role ensures that adult learners-including those in community settings and correctional facilities-have access to high-quality, career-focused instruction that combines academic skill development, workforce preparation, and occupational training.
The position is responsible for aligning programming with regional labor market needs, supporting instructors in delivering effective IET models, and fostering partnerships with workforce agencies, employers, and correctional institutions. Emphasis will be placed on increasing measurable skill gains, credential attainment, successful reentry outcomes for incarcerated individuals, and transitions to employment or postsecondary education.
