Immediate opening for an intake specialist for healthcare supply office. This is a M-F 8-5 in Ozark, Al. 
Starting pay $14 an hour plus monthly commission averaging $500.

Looking for candidates who have previous experience in medical office, dental office, pharmacy, or medical sales. Must have solid computer skills. Must understand medical insurance to include deductibles, copays, ICD classifications and CPT codes.

You will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, efficiently managing the intake process to ensure smooth and accurate data collection, assisting the patient with navigating insurance requirements, and dispensing ordered equipment. You will also have the opportunity to sell high-value items to earn a commission, while ensuring the patient gets the equipment that best meets their needs. Your energetic approach will help facilitate seamless communication, verify insurance information, and gather essential medical details to support quality patient care.
