Salary: Up to $65,000 (based on experience)
Position Overview:
The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in shaping the client experience. This individual will be responsible for handling inbound calls, evaluating potential cases, and ensuring a seamless and empathetic intake processparticularly for Spanish-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquiries (phone, email, web)
- Conduct initial client screenings and gather detailed case information
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support a diverse client base
- Assess case viability and escalate qualified leads to the appropriate legal team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records within the firms case management system
- Provide a high level of professionalism, empathy, and urgency in all client interactions
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure engagement and retention
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a law firm, call center, or client intake role preferred
- Experience in Personal Injury or legal environment strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM or case management systems
