* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field
* 2+ years of underwriting experience in Excess & Surplus (E&S), Umbrella, Commercial Lines, or similar
* Experience with specialty or E&S insurance preferred
* Professional designation preferred (CPCU, ARM, AU, or similar)
* Strong risk assessment and pricing skills
* Ability to build and manage agent relationships
* Good communication and decision-making skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

Required:
