ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Michelle L. Wilson State Farm is searching for a professional who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As one of our Agent Team Members you will receive training to apply knowledge of Insurance products and industry trends which will equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You will also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency as well as participate in incentive programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Track Record of reaching goals
- Property & Casualty licensed or must be obtained -Agent will assist on process
