We’re hiring a motivated Insurance Sales Trainee to join our team under a structured mentorship program with an established Farmers Insurance Agency. This full-time, in person paid position that provides hands-on training, professional development, and real-world sales experience selling Farmers Insurance products preparing you for future advancement opportunities within Farmers Insurance.
You’ll receive personalized coaching from a top-performing agent while learning every aspect of agency operations, from client management to new business development.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with auto, home, life, and business insurance needs
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Learn effective sales and service techniques through guided training
- Meet performance and compliance goals
- Participate in Farmers’ award-winning University of Farmers® training modules

Qualifications
- Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses

Compensation
- $3,000 Monthly Base Salary
- 40%-50% Commission on Bew Business Agency Commissions
