Overview
This is a hybrid role, where the working schedule will occur both inside and outside of a company office. This role will be located Raleigh, NC.
The Insurance Sales Support Consultant manages the small business and personal insurance customer experience and information. Provides oversight of the interaction between key processes, assuring accuracy and timeliness of data. Builds and manages internal and external relationships to drive departmental success. Provides information and reporting to allow strong management of the department and its processes. Identifies issues, develops solutions and manages program enhancements.
Responsibilities
Process Support - Oversees the interaction, customer transition and information flow (including system capture of data) between department staff, key third parties (i.e. insurance carriers, outsource partners, bank associates) and the agency management system. These efforts are directed at establishing and managing efficient and effective processes, adhering to compliance requirements and meeting data needs. The target result being a positive customer and partner experience and strong agency growth performance.
Reporting - Produces reports based on performance tracking and key data points. Identifies trends, discrepancies, and areas of needed improvement and works to develop results oriented solutions and improvements.
Relationship Development - Develops and maintains relationships with associates, and third parties.
Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree and 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
OR
High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
Preferred Area of Experience: Property & Casualty Insurance
experience using warm leads and Agency Management system (Epic)
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Preferred candidate is results driven, self starter, motivated
