Salary Range: $67400.00 - $100000.00 per year

Ability to cross sale agency book of business
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including life products
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
- Return all phone messages promptly
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements
- Maintain knowledge of new products
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources
- Generating insurance quotes
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be outstanding at relationship building
- Maintain client relationships
Requirements
- Insurance Sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Must hold P&C and Life licenses. If not currently licensed, must obtain P&C within 60 days of being hired and then life license required within 60 days after that. .***Assistance offered to individuals who are currently unlicensed.***
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Hours Flexibility with hours permitted. Office hours are typically M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm Fridays. Willing to consider hybrid remote and in person.
