Salary Range: $44000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Develop and present tailored insurance proposals for auto, home, and life policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and claims efficiently.
• Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve agency growth targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.

• Oregon Property & Casualty License (Preferred but not Required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
