Responsibilities
Lead Generation & New Business Prospecting: Leverage a mix of internal and external marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and actively prospect for new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized insurance solutions.
Sales Process Development: Implement and maintain an effective sales process, ensuring you can efficiently manage your sales pipeline from initial touchpoint to closing the sale.
Maintain a Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions, offering value and expertise in every interaction.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues.
Licensing: Must possess an active Iowa Property & Casualty License before starting.
Experience: Demonstrable experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex insurance products clearly.
