Is seeking an ambitious and motivated Insurance Sales & Service Representative to join our team in Tampa (Westchase area).

No insurance experience is requiredwe provide training, coaching, and licensing support for the right candidate.

In this role, you will work warm inbound opportunities, cross-sell our existing client base, and prospect for new business, including occasional cold calling. Compensation includes a base salary, commissions, and bonuses, with realistic income potential of $100,000+.

You will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of the insurance business, including sales, customer service, operations, and agency managementproviding valuable experience and the potential to one day own and operate your own insurance agency.

We are looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, goal-oriented, and determined to achieve more than they ever have before.

Candidates must live within approximately 10 miles of our Westchase office and be able to work full-time in the office.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Quote and close new business (auto, home, life, and umbrella insurance)
• Work warm inbound leads and follow up on opportunities
• Cross-sell additional coverages to existing customers
• Prospect for new business, including occasional cold calling
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a sales-focused mindset
• Meet or exceed individual and team production goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Willing to do what it takes to achieve personal and agency goals
• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Must live within approximately 10 miles of our Westchase office
• Ability to obtain a Florida insurance license (we will assist)
