  • Base Salary starting at $35,000 with expected first year earnings between $60,000 -$80,000
  • Fully in office to start with flexibility to hybrid remote after 6 month onboarding/training period

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements.
  • Present and sell insurance policies that meet the identified needs of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with policyholders through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
  • Stay informed about new products, trends, and industry changes to provide the most effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the agency owner and team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

Requirements
  • An Active South Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred. Or willingness to obtain within 30 days of job offer (Assistance Provided).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
