Compensation

Is this Commission Only?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We believe in paying exceptionally well for outstanding performance. Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped monthly commission and attractive monthly AND quarterly bonuses. The SKY is the LIMIT!

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

What does the Day to Day look like?

  • Make outbound calls to connect with prospects and set appointments
  • Work daily leads provided by our marketing team (plus follow-up your pipeline)
  • Ask great questions, uncover needs, and educate clients with confidence
  • Present customized coverage options that fit lifestyle + budget
  • Handle objections, ask for the business, close the deal
  • Document activity and follow the process (so nothing falls through the cracks)
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to a high-performance culture
  • Have a can do, no excuse attitude!

Requirements

What Are We Looking For?

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (or willing to obtain!)
  • A self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed
  • Competitive and goal driven
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a sales environment
