Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a proactive, self-starter mindset in an independent work environment
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Initiate outbound sales conversations and set appointments from scratch
• Identify customer needs through strong listening and consultative selling
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Follow through on leads and close new business
• Have a positive mindset

• Sales experience required
• Property & Casualty license preferred
• Allstate experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and follow up effectively
• Coachable, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Positive, energetic, and motivated attitude
