Responsibilities
Demonstrate a proactive, self-starter mindset in an independent work environment
Confidently initiate sales conversations and set appointments from scratch
Utilize strong listening skills to understand candidate needs and motivations
Build and maintain relationships that drive engagement and long-term success
Sales experience required
property & casualty license preferred.
Allstate experience a huge plus!
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
