Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative sales by assessing clients insurance needs and recommending suitable policies.
  • Generate and follow up with leads to close sales opportunities.
  • Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to maximize client protection.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in our CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Actively participate in training and development to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years in an insurance sales role, preferably in an independent agency.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a drive for success.
  • Strong integrity and a client-focused approach.
  • Receptive to coaching and committed to professional development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proven sales experience in insurance or a similar field (Preferred).
