We are hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to support individuals and families who have already requested information about insurance solutions.
This is a remote, client-facing role focused on guiding clients through simple protection options using a structured, compliant process. You’ll work with inbound requests and conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom.
This position is commission-based and requires state insurance licensing.
What You’ll Do
Connect with inbound client requests who have asked for insurance information
Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
Ask clear questions to understand client needs
Present appropriate insurance options based on those needs
Assist clients through the application process
Follow company systems for scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
Participate in required training and team meetings

Fully remote
Flexible scheduling based on client availability
Evening or weekend availability may be required
Compensation
This is a performance-based, commission-only role. Earnings vary based on individual effort, activity, and results.
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
Comfortable communicating by phone and video
Ability to follow structured systems and processes
Licensing Requirement
An active Life Insurance License is required for this role.
Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one before client appointments.
Guidance and resources are available for qualified applicants.
