Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance and retirement needs and develop tailored recommendations.
  • Present and explain life, health, and retirement product options clearly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-up and high-quality service.
  • Manage and prioritize leads using company systems; follow up consistently to convert opportunities (training provided).
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Achieve individual performance objectives and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with a desire to build a career in insurance.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems and tools.
  • No prior insurance experience or license required; prior sales or client-service experience is a plus.
