Responsibilities
Develop new Personal and Small Commercial business through inbound leads, outbound activity, referrals, and centers of influence
Conduct coverage reviews and present tailored insurance solutions
Prepare quotes, proposals, and applications across a broad carrier portfolio
Educate clients on coverage options, limitations, and risk management solutions
Consistently generate referrals and cross-sell additional lines of coverage
Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and close business weekly
Maintain accurate documentation and activity in agency systems
Participate in community, networking, and relationship-building opportunities
Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Insurance and/or sales experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
