In this role, youll be making outbound calls, setting appointments, and working with clients to review their coverage needs across a range of insurance products. Youll also spend time outside the office prospecting for commercial insurance opportunities and building relationships in the community.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referral outreach, and in-person prospecting
- Set and attend client appointments to review insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage (P&C and Life)
- Work toward and meet individual sales goals across Personal Lines, Commercial, and Life Insurance
- Prospect for commercial opportunities by building relationships within the local business community
- Develop and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence (realtors, lenders, CPAs, etc.) to drive referrals
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to move opportunities forward and close business
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales and onboarding process
- Stay organized and maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in the CRM
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and agency events
- Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and overall agency growth
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person
- Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-through
- Comfortable with outbound calling, in-person prospecting, and building new relationships
- Able to work toward clear goals in a performance-driven environment
- Active insurance license (P&C and/or Life & Health), or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe
- Multi-lingual skills (e.g., English, Farsi, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish) are a significant advantage
- Ability to work on-site at our San Jose, CA office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
