Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Proactively contact potential clients through phone calls, email, text, and followups using agencyprovided warm leads.
- Provide accurate insurance quotes and close new business across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines.
- Identify client needs quickly and recommend the right coverage solutions with confidence.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with new clients to support retention and future sales opportunities.
- Conduct followups to review policies, uncover gaps, and crosssell additional products.
- Maintain a professional, positive client experience at every touchpoint.
Agency Performance & Team Collaboration
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by the agency.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions to improve performance.
- Share best practices and contribute to a competitive, growthfocused team culture.
Lead Management & Marketing
- Use agency CRM tools to track leads, document interactions, and manage your sales pipeline.
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates.
Product Knowledge & Professional Development
- Stay current on all Farmers Insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
- Attend ongoing training to maintain licensing and sharpen sales skills.
- Apply product knowledge to confidently educate clients and close sales.
Requirements
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Texas General Lines P&C License (we provide study guidance and training materials).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and competitive, with a desire to grow.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Comfortable with phone sales, followup, and consistent outreach.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
