Now hiring Insurance Sales Representative

Pineville, LA

Pay Rate: $12.00+ per hour + Commission (With a chance for a bonus!)

• Pay starting at $12/hr for candidates without an insurance license | Experienced and licensed candidates will start at a higher rate!

Shift: Monday - Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM

No two days look the same. Prospect and develop new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up. Meet with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage. Sell and service auto, home, life, and other insurance products. Maintain and grow an existing book of business. Educate clients on policy options, coverage limits, and premiums. Prepare quotes, applications, and policy documentation. Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account support. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Maintain accurate client records in CRM and agency systems. Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.

You'll Thrive Here If You…

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Are willing to obtain a Louisiana Property & Casualty license or already have one
• Prior sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals
• Comfortable working with commission-based pay
• Basic computer skills (CRM, email, quoting systems)
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
