Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns. NO COLD CALLING-LEADS AND BOOK OF BUSINESS PROVIDED TO CROSS-SELL.
Present and explain various Allstate insurance products and policy options clearly.
Develop personalized insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
Effectively close sales and onboard new policyholders.
Nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales goals.
Must possess a valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the insurance sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets.
