Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing efforts
- Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Stay up to date on products, industry trends, and compliance requirements
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Active insurance license- Property and Casualty OR Life and Health (or willing to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
