Responsibilities

  • Sell insurance coverage using both agency-provided leads and those you generate independently.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Must be coachable
  • Preferred experience but required working in an Agency or brokerage environment.
  • Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and strong ethical standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish is a plus).
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
