Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to prospective and current clients regarding their insurance needs.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client situations.
• Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Establish strong community relationships with networking partners
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings.
• Various additional duties as needed.

• Active Indiana Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
