ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Smart Money Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a highly motivated Sales Producer with prior Farmers insurance experience to drive new business and grow our agency. In this role, you will actively prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Your in-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will enable you to effectively market insurance solutions, close deals, and exceed sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
Meet and exceed sales targets by closing policies across multiple lines of insurance.
Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments.
Assist with renewals, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize retention.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Farmers insurance experience is required.
Must hold a current Property/Casualty insurance license.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success (2-3 years preferred).
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment.

SCHEDULE:

9am - 6pm, 5 days per week (every other Saturday, with 1 weekday off on these weeks).
Some in office work required so you must be local or within driving distance to Irvine, CA.

COMPENSATION:

$19/hr base salary
4-9% commission on personal lines sales
5-12% commission on commercial lines sales
25% commission on life or health insurance sales
