Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred.
- Life & Health license is a plus.
- Previous insurance sales or insurance agency experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed new business production goals.
- Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, community involvement, and lead opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate Personal Lines, Commercial, Life, and Financial Services products.
- Cross-sell and up-sell existing customers by identifying additional coverage needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently to generate referrals and repeat business.
