Kathleen Alexander State Farm Agency is hiring a motivated Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our growing insurance team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance sales and financial services.

Responsibilities:
• Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and referrals
• Identify customer needs and recommend auto, home, renters, and life insurance products
• Close sales and meet or exceed sales goals and production targets
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance and financial service products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Handle objections and difficult conversations professionally
• Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
• Base salary plus uncapped commission
• Performance-based bonuses
• Total compensation: $45,000–$90,000+ annually
Qualifications:
• Sales experience, insurance sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and closing sales
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
Licensing Requirements:
• Property and Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
• Life and Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
