Responsibilities

What Youll Learn & Do

• Work warm inbound leads and generate new business opportunities
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance products
• Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Use CRM systems to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and customer communication
• Develop sales, communication, and negotiation skills through real-world coaching
• Hit daily activity goals and monthly production targets in a performance-driven environment

What Were Looking For
