Salary Range: $48000.00 - $85000.00 per year

• Consistently achieve sales and new business goals set by the agency.
• Create customized insurance quotes, present coverage options, and confidently close sales.
• Stay informed on current insurance products, services, and industry updates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from the initial conversation through ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and communication.
• Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships.
