The Role
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be the engine of our agencys growth. You wont be left guessingwe provide the structure, the workflows, and the warm leads. Your job is to bring the energy, follow our proven process, and show up every day with the intent to be better than you were yesterday.
- Base salary of $2,500/month
- Commission ranges from $450-$3,250/ month. Unlimited commission opportunities

- Consultative Sales: Prospect and engage provided leads and self-generated prospects to provide insurance solutions that truly protect what matters to them.

- Process Mastery: Utilize our structured workflows to manage your pipeline efficiently, ensuring no client or opportunity falls through the cracks.
