Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and present comprehensive insurance proposals, explaining coverage options clearly.
Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional coverage.
Process new business applications and follow up to ensure smooth policy issuance.
Stay informed about industry trends and product changes to better serve clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency's growth objectives.
Valid Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required).
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their needs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with technology and CRM systems.
