Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential new clients through a variety of channels to expand our portfolio.
• Consultative Sales: Understand and assess the unique insurance needs of each client and provide customized solutions.
• Negotiation: Work collaboratively with clients to create insurance plans that meet their requirements and budget.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry to drive business growth.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork related to new accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Property and Casualty License is required!

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is helpful but not required.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade others.
• Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
