Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and concerns.
  • Develop and present tailored insurance proposals that meet individual client needs.
  • Process new business applications and ensure accurate policy issuance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional coverage or services to existing clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.

Requirements
  • Nevada P& C License prefer, willing to train, licensing assistance available.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine passion for helping people and solving their insurance needs.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
  • Comfortable using technology for client management and communication.
