We are looking for an outgoing Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people, and working in a customer-focused environment. You will prospect for new business, build referral relationships, quote and close policies, and guide clients through coverage options with professionalism and care. Success in this role comes from strong follow-up, consistency, relationship-building, and the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

  • Base salary of $36,000 with first-year earnings potential of $60,000-$80,000
