We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to drive new business growth while building strong client relationships. This role focuses on prospecting, quoting, closing, and expanding coverage for both new and existing clients. You will work closely with an experienced team in a structured environment where performance is tracked, supported, and rewarded. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop strong sales skills and build a long-term path in the insurance industry.

  • First-year salary: $35,000-$45,000
  • First-year earnings of $60,000 - $75,000 with base, commission & bonuses
  • MondayFriday schedule with no weekends required

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls daily to prospective clients
  • Quote, present, and close new business policies
  • Cross-sell and bundle additional coverages to existing clients
  • Re-engage and recapture former clients
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, including commercial outreach

Requirements
  • An active Property & Casualty and Life insurance license is preferred, or willing to obtain before start date, licensing assistance provided
  • Competitive, goal-oriented sales mindset
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
  • Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
