You will work closely with clients, develop product knowledge, and contribute to agency growth through strong service and sales support.
Training and Support

Compensation:
- Variable Compensation: Uncapped commission plan, 50% of all new business commissions
- Fixed Compensation: $40,000 base salary
Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Create insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone
- Engage clients in conversations about coverage options and insurance needs
- Recommend suitable solutions to clients once licensed
- Build rapport and establish trust with clients through professional communication
- Support clients by helping resolve issues using carrier resources
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and performance goals
- Participate in daily team huddles and agency training
- Maintain a high standard of service while supporting a fast-paced sales environment
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust over the phone
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and apply it in client conversations
- Passion for helping clients find solutions that fit their needs

- Previous sales, customer service, call center, or insurance experience is helpful but not required
