Position Summary

Were looking for a unique individual to join our family as an Insurance Sales Professional. This is a role for a solutions-focused listener who leads with empathy. Youll be supported by a steady stream of incoming referrals and leads, while also having the autonomy to leverage your existing and self-generated centers of influence within our community.

What Youll Do

Advise & Protect: Act as a consultant for our existing clients, prospective clients, and referrals helping them find insurance and financial solutions that fit their lives.

Build Relationships: Foster long-term trust by being a reliable and trusted resource for the community.

Grow the Legacy: Proactively network with allied professionals and members of the community to introduce our agency's unique value proposition to new households.

Focus on Quality: Ensure every interaction reflects our standardsaccurate, thoughtful, and client-centric communication. You can expect to work with our clients in a variety of settings; in person, via video conference, and over the phone.

Compensation & Benefits





We believe in providing the security of a base salary, paired with escalating commission tiers that recognize your sales growth efforts, plus the potential to earn bonuses.

Base Salary: $3,000 per month ($36,000 annual).

Commission Tiers:

o2% of written premium up to $39,999/month

o4% of written premium for $40,000 $59,999/month

o6% of written premium for $60,000+ per month

The "Hunter" Incentive: We offer an enhanced multiplier for self-generated business that allows you to reach higher commission tiers even faster.

Retirement: SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match.

Time Off: Competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.

Total Target Compensation: $55,000 $85,000+ (uncapped).

Requirements

An Active Listener: You hear what isnt being said and ask the right questions to find the best solutions.

Genuinely care about people: You understand that insurance is about protecting peoples most important assets, their families and their futures.

Experienced & Licensed: You hold (or will obtain prior to onboarding) Colorado Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Prior successful sales experience required.

Time management: Ability to handle multiple incoming and outgoing client service requests while maintaining activity and sales targets. Can thrive and excel in a fast-paced sales and service environment with constantly shifting daily priorities while actively working through and managing a database of sales opportunities.

Strong verbal & written communication skills: You share our agencys belief that our greatest skill is to communicate effectively with our clients and prospective clients through verbal and written media.

High interest in sales and relationship building leading to client success: You understand the necessity to build and maintain client relationships over long periods of time to maximize agency success and recognize that the sale is the beginning and not the end of the client interaction and the real goal is to form and leverage long term client relationships.

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with social media platforms, CRM systems, and AI is desired but not required.

A Team Player: You thrive in a smaller, collaborative environment where everyone supports one another. You are open to learning, highly coachable, and willing to implement quickly and imperfectly while acquiring and developing new skills.
