Compensation & Benefits

• $3,000/month base salary

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

This is a professional sales role where effort and consistency directly impact your income.

You will:

• Work with leads provided by the agency
• Prospect for new business opportunities
• Call, text, and follow up with potential clients
• Quote home, auto, and life insurance policies
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Participate in daily and weekly sales activities
• Learn proven sales and communication skills
• Work directly with agency leadership for coaching and development

You will not be left on your own we train and support you.

Work Schedule

In Office Position

• Monday Thursday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Hybrid work potential available after 6 months based on performance.
