Salary Range: $75000.00 - $95000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities
-Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals and businesses in southwest Iowa
-Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
-Develop and grow a personal book of business through networking, referrals, and local involvement
-Participate in community events and activities to build visibility and trust
-Educate clients so they feel confident in their coverage decisions
-Provide ongoing service and support to existing clients
-Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and customer satisfaction
-Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with people
-Appreciation for small-town values and relationship-based business
-Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
-Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
-Sales experience required
-Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (with support)
