Salary Range: $20000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Service to existing and new clients including but not limited to: answering coverage questions, assisting with claims process, processing payments, solving billing issues, quoting new policies, uploading documents to policy center
• Conduct telemarketing efforts to follow up on leads and promote insurance offerings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Negotiate terms of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Administer benefits information and assist clients in understanding their coverage options.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and enhance customer service.

• Experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in telemarketing is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Proficient in sales administration practices, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License if not already licensed
