Compensation starts with a base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with income opportunities ranging from $55,000-$100,000+ per year.

No insurance experience required. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability, then provide the training and support needed to succeed.

Responsibilities
Prospect, quote, and close new personal lines business
Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and proactive outreach
Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Follow up consistently and maintain an active sales pipeline
Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to agency growth
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
Property & Casualty license required
