Insurance Sales Producer

As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting client needs, and working closely with other team members to deliver high-quality insurance solutions across various types of coverage, such as auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, marketing efforts, and cold calling.
• Present and sell various types of insurance policies, including life, health, auto, home, and commercial insurance.
• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies.
• Offer additional coverage options or upgrades to existing clients to meet changing needs.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular contact.
• Tailor insurance plans to fit clients specific needs, whether its for personal or business coverage.

• A Property & Casualty or Life license is preferred but will train you.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
