Salary Range: $50000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on Allstate insurance products, including auto, home, and life.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately.
  • Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant products.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements
  • Licensing: An active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required. (Life & Health is a plus).
  • The Sales Mentality: You don't wait for the phone to ring; you enjoy the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of the win.
  • Tech Literacy: Comfortable with modern CRMs, e-signature tools, and conducting virtual consultations.
  • Communication Skills: You have strong written/verbal communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing the details. Bilingual (Spanish/English)highly preferred given our diverse Houston community.
  • Experience: Youve done this before, or you have a background in high-volume retail sales and are ready to apply that grit to insurance.
