As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions. Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

• Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and agency management software.
• Prepare quotes and proposals using carrier software and tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry and company policies and procedures.

Product Knowledge and Training:

• Stay informed on insurance products, underwriting rules, and industry trends.
• Participate in regular training sessions and licensing programs.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Must be willing to learn and follow directions.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain your insurance license within 30 days of employment.
