Youll be supported by proven systems, exact scripts, daily coaching, and marketing support so you can focus on what you do best: selling and serving clients.

Compensation & Income Expectations
This is a performance-based producer role with no income ceiling.
Production Expectations
Minimum: $40,000 in written premium per month
Realistic range: $40,000$120,000 per month
Supported by marketing, training, and proven systems
~25% close ratio assumed
Commission Structure
75% commission on new business
50% renewal commission
100% bonus eligibility for hitting production and activity benchmarks
Projected Annual Income
$40k/month: ~$70,000$90,000
$70k$90k/month: ~$120,000$180,000
$100k$120k/month: $200,000$250,000+

Measurable Performance Goals
Primary Objective: Generate a minimum of $40,000 in written premium per month
Secondary Objective: Complete 80 new sales conversations per month
(Average of 4 new conversations per day)
Success is tracked daily, reviewed consistently, and supported with tools designed to help you win.
Sales Responsibilities
Conduct professional, needs-based sales conversations
Present and close personal and commercial insurance solutions
Handle objections with confidence and integrity
Follow exact scripts and proven sales frameworks
Complete consistent follow-up with prospects and prior-day conversations
Accurately track daily activity and production
Collaborate closely with marketing and SDR support to maximize close rates
Training & Development
Daily sales role-play and coaching
Clearly defined training paths tied directly to performance
Proven scripts and systems with a track record of success
Ongoing feedback and skill development
What Your Day will look like
8:00 AM Morning meeting, sales role-play, individual and team goal recap
9:00 AM 10:00 AM In-person marketing and relationship building
10:00 AM 12:00 PM Minimum of 2 new phone conversations
12:00 PM 1:00 PM Lunch
1:15 PM Midday recap and adjustments
1:15 PM 4:45 PM Minimum of 2 additional new conversations plus follow-up from previous days
4:45 PM Daily stats tracker submission
