We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-disciplined, and committed to providing exceptional service while consistently achieving sales goals.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

-Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns

-Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads

-Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products

-Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and coverage options to clients

-Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals

-Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service

-Cross-sell additional products to existing clients to maximize account value

-Stay current on industry trends, carrier guidelines, and product offerings

-Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the agency management system


Requirements

-Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)

-Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field

-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

-Self-motivated with a competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset

-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

-Proficient in computer systems, CRM platforms, and quoting tools

-High level of integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices
