This position features a $50,000$75,000 realistic first-year earning potential, consisting of a reliable $36,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions and performance bonuses.

Prior insurance experience is not required. What matters most is strong communication, competitiveness, coachability, personal discipline, and ownership of your pipeline.

A Michigan insurance license is required for this role. If you are not currently licensed, we will provide the resources, guidance, and reimbursement needed to get licensed. Completing the licensing process is your responsibility, and you must be able to obtain your license within two weeks of hire.
