This position features a $50,000$75,000 realistic first-year earning potential, consisting of a reliable $36,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions and performance bonuses.

Prior insurance experience is not required. What matters most is strong communication, competitiveness, coachability, personal discipline, and ownership of your pipeline.

A Michigan insurance license is required for this role. If you are not currently licensed, we will provide the resources, guidance, and reimbursement needed to get licensed. Completing the licensing process is your responsibility, and you must be able to obtain your license within two weeks of hire.


This is a selective opportunity. We are hiring a limited number of producers, and candidates must complete an assessment and demonstrate follow-through throughout the process.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, texts, and follow-up.
  • Manage prospects from first conversation through close using a proven consultative sales framework.
  • Quote and sell personal lines insurance, including auto, home, and bundled household coverage.
  • Maintain accurate notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline tracking in the CRM.
  • Attend sales training, roleplay, and coaching sessions, then apply feedback quickly.
  • Hit weekly activity goals and monthly production targets through disciplined execution.
  • Educate prospects clearly, handle objections professionally, and close with confidence.
  • Work leads efficiently and protect lead spend by using time wisely.
  • Bring energy, accountability, and professionalism to the team every day.

Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain a Michigan insurance license within 2 weeks of hire, or already be licensed.
  • Strong communication skills confident, conversational, and persuasive without being pushy.
  • Coachable, disciplined, and willing to learn a proven consultative sales approach.
  • Able to take ownership of a lead pipeline and follow through consistently.
  • Comfortable in a performance-based role with clear expectations, activity goals, and accountability.
  • Competitive mindset and motivated by measurable results.
  • Reliable, organized, and professional in a client-facing office environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems quickly.
  • High integrity insurance is regulated and requires accurate, compliant conversations.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required if you can demonstrate discipline, competitiveness, and the ability to learn quickly.
