Base Salary | Uncapped Commission | Renewal Income

North Point Insurance Group is looking for a competitive, coachable sales professional who wants to build a long-term career in a growing independent insurance agency.

You'll start with a base salary while learning the business and building your pipeline. As your book grows, you'll transition into a higher-earning commission-focused role with uncapped income potential and renewal commissions.

You'll have access to agency-generated opportunities, trusted referral partnerships, hands-on coaching, and access to over 30 insurance carriers to help clients find the right protection - not just the cheapest price.
